Ready to transform your relationships?
Join us in Glastonbury for this 2-day journey into healthy, connected relationships through the Wheel of Consent®.
This 2-day experiential workshop introduces you to the Wheel of Consent® – a simple yet powerful tool for improving boundaries, communication, and connection.
If you want to learn skills to:
- Meet your needs
- Create better boundaries
- Communicate more clearly
…this workshop will give you the map you’ve been looking for.
Why the Wheel Of Consent?
The Wheel of Consent is an internationally recognised framework that helps you bring choice, clarity, and authenticity into your relationships.
By learning and practicing how to make clear agreements, you’ll discover how to build trust, deepen intimacy, and experience more satisfying connections – with yourself and others.
This workshop is fully clothed, and non-sexual, with an invitation to learn through simple touch practices. You get to choose at every step how you want to participate, including the choice not to touch.
The focus isn’t on the touch itself. Instead it’s a powerful inquiry into knowing what it is you want and how to communicate it.
This workshop is officially endorsed by the School Of Consent.
What You’ll Explore
- Waking up sensation – feeling and following what’s enjoyable for you
- Making empowered choices – learning how to say yes or no with confidence
- Clarity in interactions – understanding who each exchange is really for
- Authentic communication – noticing, trusting, and valuing what you want, having the courage to ask for it, and feeling safe enough to receive it
What to Expect
Through guided, practical exercises, you’ll learn how to:
- Access more presence and connection in your own body
- Experience the four Quadrants of the Wheel (Taking, Allowing, Serving, and Accepting) as a foundation for connection
- Notice your wants and limits, and learn how to make choices about what you do with them
- Communicate what you do and don’t want, and make clear agreements about the interactions you have.
There are opportunities for exchanging touch as part of the learning, but it is never required. You are welcome to watch the entire time if you like, and this experience can be just as valuable.
Who is this workshop for?
This Glastonbury workshop is for anyone who wants to learn practical skills for creating healthy relationships – with partners, family, friends, or colleagues.
No previous experience is required. We actively welcome everyone, whatever your gender, sexuality or background.
Come on your own or with friends/partners. If you attend with someone you know, you’re welcome to work primarily with them, while also having opportunities to connect with others if you choose.
Why Join?
Many people describe the Wheel of Consent as life-changing. It helps you bring more ease, clarity, connection, and fulfilment into all your interactions and relationships.
