Build skills to notice what you want, how to ask for it, and how to stop when you’ve had enough. Learn how to allow without allowing too much.

The idea of learning how to be touched may sound strange.

But most of us have a tendency to go along with stuff - even if we don’t really want it, or it’s not quite right (learn more about how we allow).

And being touched is something many people struggle with – both when it comes to maintaining clear limits, and also asking for what you want.

This can have a negative impact on your life and relationships (see some of the signs you need better boundaries).

Enjoy Better Boundaries sessions with me are about learning how to navigate your ‘yes’, your ‘no’ and your ‘maybe’ – building skills for feeling and recognising these in your body, and communicating them out loud.

These sessions are a unique opportunity to change your relationship with choice, communication and touch, in a space where no touch will happen unless you have either requested it, or given permission for it.

Is it for you?

This is for you if you:

  • Are tired of settling for touch you don’t really enjoy
  • Want to learn to communicate better about the touch you like

  • Wish to practice creating better boundaries – both with and without touch

These sessions are for individuals and take place one-to-one in person with me (couples check out my Joy Of Touch sessions).

About touch in these sessions

There will be opportunities for you to ask for the touch you want, as well as to gently explore how you feel about allowing touch.

You do not have to be touched if you don’t want to be. The choice to stop or to change, at any point, is built into the structure of the sessions.

Any touch that happens in these sessions is fully clothed, and non-sexual.
