Booking & Cancellation Terms

Bookings are non refundable so we ask attendees to please read carefully prior to  booking. If you have any questions or concerns please contact us before you make your booking.

The intention of these terms is to keep the event both as safe and accessible as possible.

For in-person events we ask you not to attend if you have COVID. If you don’t feel well, but have tested negative for COVID please also get in touch and let us know before attending.

If you are unable to attend because of a positive COVID test we will refund you in full within 7 working days of receiving documented evidence of your positive test result.

If we cancel, you are refunded in full.

If we reschedule, you have the option to take either a full refund, or transfer your place to the new event date at the same price you have already paid.
